ABOUT US 

ELIPSE BLC is a modern state-of-the art business and logistics centre built in 2009 on 4.6 hectares of land in a highly prominent location in the territory of the business park of international Airport "RIGA".

Our objective at ELIPSE BLC is to provide our customers with modern warehousing and office premises and to support their businesses with flexible logistics solutions.

Logistics centre has been constructed as three separated warehousing complexes, each warehouse being of approx. 8000 sq m - 9`500 sq m (see section "Premises Specifications"). Total area of warehousing complex is 26`946,7 sq m. The warehouses are equipped according to newest technologies to secure fast and effective goods processing and excellent storage conditions (correspond to class A of the warehouse classification). Each of the warehouses is equipped with 10 gates for goods acceptance and delivery, the gates are suitable for various transport vehicles. Storage height is 8,5 m, suitable for 5-level storage. Each warehouse can hold up to 12000-13000 pallet places. Warehouse premises can be divided following the customers area requirements.

The warehouse operators and other customers can rent office premises from Elipse BLC (total area - 3`995 sq m). The architectural and interior design solutions represent the character of the companies operating in the park, while the green, calm and pleasant environment provides for comfortable and creative working conditions.
